Refunds & Returns Policy
We take great care in creating your bespoke plaque, and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you ever have an issue, we’ll always do our best to help.
✅ Personalised & Custom Orders
Every plaque is custom-made to order based on the details you provide. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- No longer required
- Spelling or detail errors provided by the customer
This follows the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for personalised items.
If you would like to see a design proof before production, please request this in the order notes at checkout.
Unless a proof is requested at the time of ordering, production will begin and the design will be considered approved as submitted.
If a personalisation mistake was made by the customer, we can offer a discounted reprint. Just contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
✅ If There Is an Issue With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect based on the information provided, please contact us within 30 days and we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Provide a refund where appropriate
We’ll request photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We are a small business — friendly communication goes a long way and we will always work with you to make things right.
✅ Your Consumer Rights
We follow the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If a fault occurs within 30 days, you may request a replacement or refund.
If a fault occurs within 6 months, we will repair or replace the item, unless the issue is due to:
- Incorrect installation
- Customer damage or modification
- Prolonged direct sun exposure or extreme heat
- Conditions outside normal intended use
After 6 months, we will assess the issue fairly and help however we reasonably can.
✅ Outdoor Use & Sunlight Guidance
Our plaques are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
For best long-term results and to maintain the finish, we recommend installing in a shaded or partially shaded location.
They are not designed for installation in constant, full, direct sunlight.
Prolonged high-heat exposure can cause natural expansion or warping and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
