Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to serve you.

1. UK Customers Only

We currently sell and ship to United Kingdom addresses only.

Orders placed for delivery outside the UK may be cancelled and refunded.

2. Personalised Product Agreement

We manufacture custom, made-to-order plaques based on the information supplied at checkout.

By placing an order you confirm:

All text and personalisation details entered are correct
You understand the product will be manufactured to your submitted specification
You accept responsibility for any spelling, wording or input errors supplied at checkout

If you would like a design proof before production, you must request this in the order notes at checkout.

If no request is made, the order is considered approved as submitted.

If a customer error occurs, we offer a discounted reprint.

3. Outdoor Use & Sunlight Guidance

Our plaques are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

For best long-term results, install in a shaded or partially-shaded location.

They are not designed for installation in constant direct sunlight, and prolonged heat exposure may cause natural expansion or warping. This is not considered a manufacturing fault.

4. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or misuse.

You agree not to reproduce, copy or resell any product or material without written permission.

5. Pricing & Modifications

Prices, product details and availability are subject to change at any time.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the website or service without notice.

6. Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure our website information is accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct or update content without notice.

Custom and personalised products are exempt from change-of-mind returns under UK law.

Faults will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
