We hand-make each plaque to order here in the UK. Below are full details of our processing and shipping times.

🛠️ Production Time

All plaques are custom-made.

Typical design & production time: 1–2 working days

If a design proof is requested at checkout, your order will be placed on hold until proof approval is received.

The time between sending your draft and receiving your approval will extend the estimated dispatch date.

If no proof is requested, we create and dispatch your order as submitted.

🚚 Shipping Within the UK

We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

⏳ Delivery Delays

Shipping dates are estimated based on normal operating conditions.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail/couriers, including:

  • Network delays or seasonal backlog
  • Industrial action
  • Severe weather or transport disruption
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

We will always help resolve postage issues, but delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund on personalised items, as they are custom-made to order.

📦 Lost or Damaged Order(s)

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with your order number and photos where applicable.

We will support you and work with the courier to resolve it quickly.

🏠 Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

If this happens, we can offer a discounted reprint and re-delivery.
